I have never wanted a drama to be over so badly.

I hate the two leads so much… I honestly don’t give a shit about what happens to them. :/

I need to watch a GOOD Korean drama after this.

I’m debating between re-watching Outrageous Women, Coffee Prince or Sam Soon. Not sure which one. Probably whichever one I find the disks for first. lol.

I’m in a mood for lighthearted stuff, so think more funny and sweet as oppose to dark and depressing.

So, I really really hate Chi Soo. I don’t think I have EVER hated the male lead in a Korean drama before. 

In all honestly, if Lee Ki Woo wasn’t in this drama I would have stopped watching it.

The way Chi Soo treats Eun Bi is really pissing me off. If I have to see him tell her how ugly she is or call her “poop” one more time I might just maim someone.

This isn’t the first time there has been overt misogyny in a Korean drama, but it’s the first time that I’ve gotten this far and it’s still going on to a DISGUSTING degree. 

It just pisses me off that I know she’s going to end up with him. No matter how sweet Kang Hyuk is to her, and how much he genuinely likes her and treats her good, she will end up with the one who calls her his poop. It’s just the way the kdrama formula works. And, I admit it’s been about 3-4 years since I’ve seen a drama, but I doubt it has changed. I’m sure one of them will go away for like a year or something, and then they’ll meet back up and fall in love. Blah. 

I have four episodes left. I can only hope he starts treating her better, but honestly, at this point I think too much damage has been done for me to forgive the writers. As a girl who was told she was ugly for far too many years, this drama is triggering as fuck. :/

I need to watch a drama with a strong female lead after this. Maybe I’ll rewatch Witch Yoo Hee. Or switch over to Japan and rewatch Zenkai Girl or the first Gokusen. 

I thought this drama was going to be that way when she got all bad ass with her volleyball. But, she’s just letting him treat her like shit and it is not cool or romantic. 

Now please excuse me while I go marathon the rest of this drama!!

LEE KI, SARANGHAEYO!!!

Anime I like is a pretty wide range. I tend to like more comedy and girly type, but I also like action. 

Favorite anime:

Trigun, Cardcaptor Sakura, Sailor Moon, Cowboy Bebop, Mai HiME, Ouran High School Host Club, Kaichou Wa Maid-sama, Tegami Bachi, Mahoraba Heartful Days, Kuragehime…

Dramas I like are also the more comedy driven kind. I don’t want anything with terminally ill people, or stories that will make me uber depressed. I realize most dramas make me cry at some point in time, but I like happy endings. (that’s what she said)

In the process of this post I did find a Kdrama to try, Flower Boy Ramyun Shop. It has the man I used to be utterly in love with, Lee Ki Woo.
